- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar
- water - 1 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1/4 tsp
- egg whites - 2 item
- margarine - 1 c
- bag chocolate chips - 1 (12
- white sugar - 1/2 c
- slightly beaten egg yolks - 2 item
How to make chocolate chip brownies:
Preheat oven to 375°. Cream together margarine and sugars. Add 2 slightly beaten egg yolks, water and vanilla; mix. Add dry ingredients. Spread in 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips. Beat 2 egg whites until stiff, gradually adding 1 cup brown sugar. Spread over top. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Cookie and brownie, Bar cookie, Brownies.
