  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • flour
  • butter - 3/4 c
  • almond extract - 1 tsp
  • unsweetened cocoa - 1/4 c
  • egg yolk - 1 item

How to make chocolate butter cookies:

Preheat oven to 375°. Combine sugar, butter, egg yolk and almond extract, beat until creamy. Gradually add flour and cocoa until well mixed. Use cookie press or drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until set. Makes 3
