Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- chopped nuts - 2 c
- flour
- egg yolks - 2 item
- light corn syrup - 1/2 c
- butter/margarine - 1 c
- slightly beaten egg whites - 2 item
- candied cherry halves - 4 doz
How to make cherry delights:
Preheat oven to 325°. Grease sheets. Cream butter and sugar. Stir in corn syrup, egg yolks and flour. Chill. Roll into 1-inch balls. Dip in beaten egg whites and roll in chopped nuts.
