Ingredients/Components

  • cream cheese - 3 oz
  • water - 1/2 c
  • chopped nuts optional - 1/2 c
  • can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
  • Cool Whip - 8 oz
  • can cherry pie filling - 1 item
  • cherry Jell-O - 6 oz
  • can Coca-Cola - 1 oz

How to make cherry coke salad:

Heat to semi-boil the cherry pie filling and 1/2 cup water. Remove from heat. Add Jell-O and stir to dissolve. Add the pineapple, Coca-Cola and the nuts. Pour into 9 x 13 pan and chill. Optional Topping: Mix Cool Whip and cream cheese and cover Jell
