  • self-rising flour - 2 c
  • Cool Whip - 1 (8
  • plain flour - 4 Tbsp
  • sliced fresh peaches
  • sticks melted margarine - 2 item
  • 4x confectioners sugar
  • peach gelatin - 4 Tbsp

How to make peach delight:

2nd Layer:1 (8 oz.) cream cheese1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip2 1/2 c. 4x confectioners sugar 3rd Layer:4 c. sliced fresh peaches 4th Layer:1 c. sugar4 Tbsp. plain flour4 Tbsp. peach gelatin1 c. water 1st Layer (Crust): Mix together flour, margarine and pecans and spread in 9 x 12-inch baking dish. Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool completely!

2nd Layer: Mix well and spread on crust. Refrigerate.

3rd Layer: Place evenly on top of 2nd layer.

4th Layer: Mix sugar, flour, and powdered gelatin well. Stir in water. Cook over medium heat until thick and clear. Cool completely and pour or spoon over 3rd layer and refrigerate.
