Ingredients/Components
- box white cake mix - 1 item
- box instant pistachio pudding mix - 1 item
- club soda - 1 c
- eggs - 4 item
- oil - 1/2 c
- small jar red cherries, drained - 1 item
- large can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- Beat well
- coconut - 1 c
- stick melted margarine - 3/4 item
- box confectioners sugar - 1 item
- cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
- vanilla - 2 Tbsp
How to make champagne cake:
Combine cake mix, pudding mix, club soda, eggs and oil. Beat well. Stir in cherries, pineapple and nuts. Makes 3 layers.
