  • box white cake mix - 1 item
  • box instant pistachio pudding mix - 1 item
  • club soda - 1 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • small jar red cherries, drained - 1 item
  • large can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • Beat well
  • coconut - 1 c
  • stick melted margarine - 3/4 item
  • box confectioners sugar - 1 item
  • cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
  • vanilla - 2 Tbsp

How to make champagne cake:

Combine cake mix, pudding mix, club soda, eggs and oil. Beat well. Stir in cherries, pineapple and nuts. Makes 3 layers. Bake at 350° about 20 minutes.Frosting:1 c. chopped pecans1 c. coconut3/4 stick melted margarine1 box confectioners sugar8 oz. cream cheese, softened2 Tbsp. vanilla
