  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • coconut - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • shortening - 1 c
  • Rice Krispies - 2 c
  • white sugar - 1 c
  • quick oats - 2 c

How to make cereal cookies:

Raisins and nuts may be added. Mix the first 5 ingredients, then add remaining ingredients. Make in balls the size of walnuts. Press down with fork on greased cookie sheet. Bake 12 minutes in medium oven. Makes approximately 60 cookies.
