Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- shredded Mozzarella cheese
- olive oil - 1 item
- Ricotta cheese - 1 lb
- hard salami - 1/4 lb
- sliced baked ham - 1/4 lb
- ready made refrigerated pizza crust - 1 pkg
How to make calzone:
Filling:1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese1/4 lb. hard salami1/4 lb. sliced baked ham1 lb. Ricotta cheese2 eggs, beaten1/4 c. Parmesan cheese salt and pepper Blend all filling ingredients together. Stretch pizza crust dough to form a disc the size of a phonographic record. Brush surface with olive oil, leaving 1/2-inch edge untouched. Spread filling on 1/2 of disc. Fold over dough, sealing edges together. Brush top with oil and place on large greased baking pan. Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
