Ingredients/Components
- shredded cabbage - 4 c
- green onions, chopped tops all - 2 item
- sesame seed - 2 Tbsp
- slivered almonds - 1/2 c
- Ramen noodles - 1 pkg
- Toast sesame seed and almonds at 350° for 5 minutes
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- red wine vinegar - 3 Tbsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- sugar
How to make cabbage salad:
Mix and set aside cabbage and onions. Toast sesame seed and almonds at 350° for 5 minutes. Add Ramen noodles, crushed.Dressing: seasoning packet from noodles (chicken flavor)1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepper3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar1/2 c. oil Tbsp. sugar Mix dressing well.Mix all ingredients together and toss before serving.
