Butterscotch pie

Ingredients/Components

• vanilla - 1 tsp
• milk - 2 c
• flour - 2 Tbsp
• brown sugar - 1 c
• water - 1/3 c
• egg yolks - 2 item
• butter or oleo - 2 Tbsp

How to make butterscotch pie:

Boil sugar, 1 cup water and oleo for 5 minutes. Make a batter of flour, yolks and milk. Add to sugar syrup. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour into ready baked pie shell.
