- granulated sugar - 3 Tbsp
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- buttermilk
- baking powder
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour
- cooking oil - 1/4 c
How to make buttermilk pancakes:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until well blended. Fry on hot lightly greased griddle.This recipe can be made the night before as the batter is better the next day!
