- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1 c
- buttermilk - 2 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- sifted all-purpose flour - 2 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- maple flavoring substitute vanilla for a plain syrup - 1/2 tsp
How to make buttermilk pancakes:
Syrup:2 c. sugar1 c. water1/2 tsp. maple flavoring (substitute vanilla for a plain syrup) Sift flour, baking soda, salt and sugar into mixing bowl. Combine eggs, buttermilk and melted butter.
