Ingredients/Components
- all-purpose flour - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- buttermilk - 1 c
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- oil - 1 Tbsp
How to make buttermilk pancakes:
Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Stir well. Combine buttermilk, oil and egg. Add to dry ingredients, stirring until smooth. Spoon about 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle.
