Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- soda
- buttermilk - 2 c
- baking powder - 3/4 tsp
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- eggs, unbeaten - 2 item
How to make buttermilk pancakes:
Sift dry ingredients together. Add remaining ingredients and stir lightly to just moisturize dry ingredients. Mixture will be thick and lumpy. Drop by spoonfuls, spreading batter with spoon. Have pan hot.Recipe categories: Pancakes and waffles, Breakfast, Northeastern U.S..
