- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- cottage cheese - 1 c
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- Jiffy cornbread mix - 2 pkg
- 1/2 sticks margarine, melted - 1 item
- box frozen chopped broccoli - 10 oz
How to make broccoli cornbread:
Thaw and drain broccoli. Mix together all ingredients. Pour into Pyrex dish or muffin tins which have been sprayed with cooking spray. Cook 40 minutes at 375° or until golden brown.Recipe categories: Breads, Vegetables, Broccoli.
