Broccoli corn bread
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- carton cottage cheese - 1 oz
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- Jiffy corn bread mix - 2 pkg
- eggs I use egg substitute - 4 item
- sticks oleo use 1 in skillet - 2 item
- grated sharp cheese sprinkle on top - 1/2 c
How to make broccoli corn bread:
Instead of oleo, I spray my skillet with Pam and use 2 tablespoons of corn oil.Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a large skillet in which 1 stick of oleo has been melted. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375° about 30 minutes, until brown on top.
