  • eggs - 2 item
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • can French fried onions - 1 item
  • broccoli, cooked and drained - 20 oz

How to make broccoli bake:

Cook and drain broccoli. Put in a buttered casserole dish. Combine eggs, mayonnaise, soup and cheese. Pour over broccoli. Top with onions. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
