  • milk - 3/4 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • oleo - 2 Tbsp
  • frozen broccoli - 2 pkg
  • sliced American cheese - 4 oz

How to make broccoli bake:

Thaw broccoli; drain and place in a baking dish. Melt oleo and combine with flour, salt and milk. Pour over broccoli. Place cheese slices on top of broccoli. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Stir and let set for a few minutes.
