Ingredients/Components
- stick butter or oleo - 1/2 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- cooked rice - 1 c
- mushroom soup - 1 c
- small can sliced mushrooms - 1 item
- chopped broccoli, thawed
How to make broccoli and rice casserole:
Saute onions and celery in butter. Add remaining ingredients and season to taste. Bake in casserole in preheated 350° oven for 1/2 hour. Serve hot with any kind of meat.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, White rice.
