Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted margarine - 1/3 c
- brown sugar, packed - 1/2 c
- soft bread crumbs
- can diced peeled tomatoes
How to make breaded tomatoes:
Place bread crumbs in 1-quart baking dish. Pour melted margarine over crumbs and toss to coat. Mix tomatoes, brown sugar and salt. Pour over bread crumbs. Mix gently and bake in 425 degree oven for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Southern u.s..
