Ingredients/Components
- Raisin Bran
- Crisco oil - 1 c
- sugar - 3 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- buttermilk - 1 qt
- flour - 5 c
- baking soda - 5 tsp
- salt - 2 tsp
- cinnamon
- box raisins - 1 item
How to make bran muffins:
Mix dry ingredients together. Add oil, buttermilk and eggs. Mix. Let stand 2 hours in refrigerator before using. Keeps in refrigerator 6 weeks or more.I serve these to my bed and breakfast guests.
