Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 1 Tbsp
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- egg whites - 2 item
- whole wheat flour
- low-fat milk
- All-Bran cereal - 2 c
How to make bran muffins:
Sift dry ingredients, except All-Bran. Mix All-Bran, milk, oil and egg whites together and let sit 5 minutes. Stir dry ingredients into wet mixture. Spoon into 12 greased muffin cups or line cups with paper liners. Bake for 20 minutes at 400°.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
