  • eggs, beaten - 3 item
  • sugar - 1 c
  • light corn syrup - 1/2 c
  • dark syrup - 1/2 c
  • butter, melted - 1/3 c
  • bourbon - 2 Tbsp
  • salt - 1/8 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • unbaked 9-inch pie shell - 1 item

How to make bourbon pecan pie:

Combine first 7 ingredients and mix well. Place pecans in the bottom of the pie shell. Pour mixture over pecans. Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes. Cover pie crust before baking with strip of foil to prevent crust from being hard.
