Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- sugar - 1 c
- light corn syrup - 1/2 c
- dark syrup - 1/2 c
- butter, melted - 1/3 c
- bourbon - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- unbaked 9-inch pie shell - 1 item
How to make bourbon pecan pie:
Combine first 7 ingredients and mix well. Place pecans in the bottom of the pie shell. Pour mixture over pecans. Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes. Cover pie crust before baking with strip of foil to prevent crust from being hard.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
