Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- water - 2 c
- oil - 2/3 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- chocolate chips - 6 oz
- egg - 1 item
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
How to make black bottom cupcakes:
Mix the first 5 ingredients in a small bowl, adding chocolate chips last. Set aside.Mix the remaining ingredients. Fill muffin tins 1/2 full. Put 1 large teaspoon of cream cheese mixture on top of each. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
