Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- hamburger - 1 lb
- rice - 1 item
- can cranberry sauce - 1 item
- bottle chili sauce - 3/4 item
- Worchestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
How to make best meatballs:
Preheat oven to 400°. Mix all ingredients, except sauces and rice. Shape into 1 inch balls. Bake in glass square pan about 10 to 15 minutes until browned.Sauce: Melt 1 can cranberry sauce with 3/4 jar chili sauce in large saucepan. Add meatballs and heat. Serve over rice.
