Beef stroganoff
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 3 Tbsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- hot water - 1 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- catsup - 1 Tbsp
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- sherry - 1 Tbsp
- fresh sliced mushrooms
- boneless beef steak 1/2-inch thick - 1 lb
- instant beef boullion cubes - 2 tsp
How to make beef stroganoff:
Combine mushrooms, onion, garlic and margarine in 2 quart casserole and cover. Microwave at High until tender, 2 to 4 minutes. Shake beef, flour, salt and pepper in plastic bag until beef is coated. Stir beef and remaining ingredients except sour creamRecipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
