Ingredients/Components

- salt
- vegetable oil - 1/4 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/3 c
- celery seed
- can mushrooms, drained - 1 oz
- can peas, drained - 1 oz
- celery slices - 1 c
- can cut green beans, drained - 1 oz
- jar chopped pimento, drained - 1 oz

How to make bean salad:
Combine vinegar, sugar, oil and seasonings; beat until thoroughly blended. Pour over vegetables; mix lightly. Cover; marinate in dressing in refrigerator several hours or overnight. Drain. Makes 8 servings.Recipe categories: Salads, Beans, Chickpeas/garbanzos.
