Barbecued beef ribs
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour - 1 item
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- water - 1 c
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- paprika - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- catsup - 1 c
- large onion, diced - 1 item
- stalk celery, cut fine - 1 item
- beef ribs - 2 lb
How to make barbecued beef ribs:
Dip ribs in flour and brown. Remove browned ribs from pan. Add the ingredients to the pan. Add ribs. Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 220° or medium-low heat. Turn once or twice.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Beef ribs.
