Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 2 tsp
  • flour - 1 item
  • brown sugar - 1/4 c
  • water - 1 c
  • vinegar - 1/4 c
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • catsup - 1 c
  • large onion, diced - 1 item
  • stalk celery, cut fine - 1 item
  • beef ribs - 2 lb

How to make barbecued beef ribs:

Dip ribs in flour and brown. Remove browned ribs from pan. Add the ingredients to the pan. Add ribs. Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 220° or medium-low heat. Turn once or twice.
