Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- melted margarine - 5 Tbsp
- confectioners sugar - 2 c
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- whipped cream - 1/2 pt
- to 5 bananas - 4 item
- Cool Whip optional - 1 item
How to make banana torte:
Mix graham cracker crumbs and 5 tablespoons melted margarine and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.Cream 2 sticks margarine and confectioners sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, then add vanilla. Beat about 15 minutes or until mix looks like frosting. Spread on graham crust. Chill. Slice bananas on top of filling. Beat whipped cream and vanilla or use Cool Whip to cover the top. Chill before serving.
