- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/4 c
- envelope whipped topping mix - 1 item
- pineapple pieces - 1/2 c
- Duncan Hines Banana Supreme Cake Mix - 1 pkg
- 4 serving vanilla instant pudding & pie filling mix - 1 pkg
- maraschino cherries, drained and halved - 6 item
- medium ripe banana, sliced - 1 item
- hot fudge ice cream topping, warmed - 1/2 c
How to make banana split refrigerator cake:
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour 13x9x2in pan. Prepare, bake, and cool cake according to directions. Combine topping mix, pudding mix, milk, and vanilla extract in large bowl. Beat at medium speed until stiff. Spread over cooled cake. Place cherry, banana slices, pineapple pieces, and nuts randomly on top and drizzle with fudge.
