Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- coconut - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- pecans - 1 c
- stick oleo, melted - 1 item
- strawberries - 1 c
- large bananas, sliced - 2 item
- sticks oleo, softened - 2 item
- heavy cream, whipped with 2 Tbsp - 2 c
- can crushed pineapple with 1/2 c - 1 oz
How to make banana split cake:
Mix 2 tablespoons sugar, melted oleo and crumbs to make crust. Press into 9 x 12-inch pan. Combine softened oleo and powdered sugar and beat with mixer for 15 minutes. Pour over crust. Layer fruits in order. Top with whipped cream and garnish with extRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pineapple.
