Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- sticks oleo - 2 item
- large Cool Whip - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- drained crushed pineapple - 2 c
How to make banana split cake:
Melt 1 stick oleo and mix with graham cracker crumbs. Spread over 9 x 13-inch pan. Beat powdered sugar, 2 sticks oleo, eggs and vanilla for 20 minutes (no less) and spread over crumbs. Slice 4 bananas over mixture. Over the bananas put 2 cups pineapple (you can mix strawberries with pineapple). Next, spread Cool Whip over top and sprinkle.
