Banana snack cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 c
- soda
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- chocolate chips - 6 oz
- oleo, softened - 1 c
- rolled oats - 1 c
- 2 medium mashed bananas - 1 c
How to make banana snack cake:
Heat oven to 350°. Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan. In large bowl, cream oleo, sugar and eggs. Stir in buttermilk, bananas and vanilla; mix well. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. Stir in flour, oats, soda and salt; mix well. Stir in chips. Spread batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle nuts on top. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Lunch/snacks.
