Banana rice pudding

Ingredients/Components

• whipped cream - 1 qt
• raisins - 1/2 c
• lemon juice - 1/3 c
• honey - 1/2 c
• bananas - 4 item
• cooked rice - 2 c
• crushed pineapple, drained - 1/2 c

How to make banana rice pudding:

Blend bananas to a puree, then mix pineapple, honey and lemon juice. Add rice. Fold in whipped cream. Add raisins and blend. Refrigerate. Garnish with a slice of banana and whipped cream topped with a dash of cinnamon or walnuts.
