Ingredients/Components

  • sugar
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 2 c
  • flour - 1/4 c
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • Cool Whip - 1 item
  • pecans - 1 item
  • bananas - 1 item
  • egg yolks, beaten - 3 item
  • Nabisco shortbread pecan cookies - 1 item

How to make banana pudding:

Filling:1 c. sugar1/4 c. flour2 c. milk3 egg yolks, beaten2 Tbsp. butter1 tsp. vanilla Mix sugar, flour and milk and heat to a boil. Gradually add egg yolks to hot liquid. Cook until thick. Add butter and vanilla.

Layer this with bananas and Nabisco shortbread pecan cookies. Top with Cool Whip and pecans.

I usually double this for one large bowl.
