Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour
- soda - 1 tsp
- nuts - 1 c
- Crisco - 1/2 c
- bananas - 1 c
- sour milk - 3 Tbsp
How to make banana nut bread:
Cream the Crisco and sugar. Add egg yolk. Add mashed bananas. Add flour alternately with milk. Add stiffly beaten egg whites. Mix well. Bake in moderate oven 1 hour.Recipe categories: Breads, Fruit, Yeast breads.
