Banana nut bread

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1 item
• flour - 2 c
• soda - 1/2 tsp
• eggs, beaten - 3 item
• shortening - 1/2 c
• ripe bananas, mashed - 3 item

How to make banana nut bread:

Mix shortening and sugar together; cream them. Add remaining ingredients. Mix and pour into small lined bread pans. Bake it at 350° for 1 hour.
