Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- sliced stuffed olives - 1/2 c
- bacon, crumbled - 1/2 lb
- American cheese, diced - 1 lb
- cooked, peeled and diced potatoes - 8 item
How to make baked potato salad:
Combine potatoes, cheese, mayonnaise and onion. Place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Top with bacon and olives. Bake at 325° for 1 hour. Ingredients may be mixed the day before and refrigerated until time to bake.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Casseroles.
