Baked pork chops and sauerkraut
Ingredients/Components
- 1/2-inch thick pork chops - 4 item
- can sauerkraut - 1 oz
- medium apple - 1 item
- small onion - 1 item
- brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
- celery seed - 1/2 tsp
How to make baked pork chops and sauerkraut:
Drain sauerkraut. Peel and dice apple and onion; mix with sauerkraut. Add celery seed and salt and pepper to taste. Spread into an 8 x 8-inch glass baking dish. Season pork chops; place on top of mixture. Cover with foil; bake at 375° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Main dish, Pork chop, Pork.
