Baked pineapple chicken
Ingredients/Components
- cornstarch - 2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- Dijon mustard - 2 tsp
- clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
- lemon, thinly sliced - 1 item
- rosemary, crushed - 1 tsp
- pineapple slices - 1 can
- half chicken breasts, boned - 6 item
How to make baked pineapple chicken:
Drain pineapple, reserve juice. Combine reserved juice with garlic, cornstarch, Worcestershire, mustard and rosemary. Arrange chicken in shallow baking pan, skin side up. Broil until browned. Stir sauce, pour over chicken. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes. Arrange lemon and pineapple slices around chicken. Spoon sauce from pan over all, continue baking 5 minutes.
