Baked chicken salad
Ingredients/Components
- salt
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- chopped celery
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 item
- tomato slices - 1 item
- chopped, cooked chicken - 3 c
- crushed potato chips
- boiled eggs, chopped - 2 item
How to make baked chicken salad:
Combine chicken, celery, soup, eggs, onion, lemon juice, seasonings and 1/2 of the Cheddar cheese and enough mayonnaise to moisten. Mix lightly.Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Top with tomatoes. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Top with combined Cheddar cheese and chips. Continue baking until cheese melts.
