sugar - 3/4 c
cream cheese - 1 (8
flour - 2 Tbsp
miniature marshmallows - 2 c
egg, beaten - 1 item
Dream Whip - 1 pkg
bananas, sliced - 2 item
2 cans crushed pineapple
large boxes apricot Jell-O - 2 item

How to make apricot delight:

Mix water with Jell-O following package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup pineapple juice. Combine remaining pineapple and juice, marshmallows and bananas with Jell-O. Let set until firm. After Jell-O has set, combine pineapple juice, sugar, flour and egg. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to boil and thickens. Remove from heat. Stir in cream cheese; set aside until cool. Mix Dream Whip following package instructions. Fold into mixture which has cooled. Spread over Jell-O. Garnish with pecans if desired. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Makes 20 servings.
