How to make applesauce:
Peel apples, then slice. Put apples and water in pan and cook about 15 minutes or until tender. Use a potato masher to mash apples. Add sugar--about 1 1/2 c., to your own taste. Add cinnamon; heat for 5 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, American.
