  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • baking powder - 1 Tbsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • mashed bananas - 4 item
  • applesauce - 1/2 c

How to make applesauce banana bread:

Mash bananas and mix with sugar; let stand for 15 minutes. Mix all ingredients and stir in banana mixture. Mix well. Pour into loaf pan sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes or toothpick inserted comes out clean.
