  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/4 Tbsp
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c
  • flour
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • baking powder - 2 Tbsp
  • white sugar - 1 c
  • chopped apples - 1 c
  • oleo or margarine - 2/3 c

How to make apple brownies:

Mix oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix in flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in apples and nuts. Spread in greased pan (9 x 13-inch pan). Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
