Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- granulated sugar - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 3 c
- large eggs - 3 item
- raisins - 3/4 c
- nuts, chopped - 1 c
- Granny Smith apples, chopped - 3 c
How to make apple brownies:
Heat oven to 350°. Grease a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch jelly roll pan. Mix flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a large bowl. Whisk oil and eggs in another bowl until blended and smooth. Stir in sugar and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture until blended. Stir in apples, nuts and raisins. Spread evenly in pan. Bake 40 to 50 minutes until top is golden. Let cool on wire rack.
