Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • small marshmallows
  • egg - 1 item
  • can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
  • hot water - 2 c
  • pineapple juice - 1 c
  • lemon Jell-O - 2 pkg
  • large bananas, sliced - 2 item
  • 7-Up - 2 c

How to make 7-up salad:

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Add 7-Up. Drain pineapple and add to Jell-O mixture. Add marshmallows and bananas. Cool until firm. Mix pineapple juice, sugar, flour and egg. Cook until thick; add butter and spread on the Jell-O.
