- sugar - 3 c
- eggs - 5 item
- flour - 3 c
- margarine or butter
- lemon flavor - 2 Tbsp
- 7-Up - 3/4 c
How to make 7-up cake:
Cream sugar and shortening together; beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time; beat well. Add flour. Beat in lemon extract and 7-Up. Pour batter into well-greased and floured jumbo fluted mold. Bake at 325° for 1 1/4 hours.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pineapple.
