Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- pkg - 10 oz
- sour cream - 8 oz
- mayonnaise - 11 oz
- stalks celery - 8 item
- red onion - 1 item
- head lettuce - 1 item
- bacon, cooked and crumbled - 1 lb
- whole green pepper - 1 item
- grated cheese Swiss, Cheddar, Parmesan or mixed - 1 c
How to make 10 layer salad:
Place lettuce in 9 x 12-inch pan, no deeper than 3-inches. Then layer finely chopped pepper and onion. Then peas and finely chopped celery. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise. Spread evenly. Sprinkle sugar evenly, then cheese. Cover. Let stand 24 hours in refrigerator. Crumble bacon on top.
