Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • whole cloves
  • cinnamon sticks - 5 item
  • apple juice - 2 qt
  • cranberry juice

How to make wassail:

Put spices in basket of large coffeepot with juice in bottom and perk, or put spices in cheesecloth and juice in a large pot. Bring just to boiling and simmer.
